Just in time for National Wife Appreciation Day, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide’s (NYSE: HLT) award-winning all-suite, extended-stay hotel brands, are releasing the latest results of a study which provides men a behind-the-scenes peek on how their significant others truly want to be celebrated. On a mission to help men get off the sidelines and into the travel planning game, the brands’ Travel MANager Weekend Escape Artist survey, conducted by Wakefield Research*, found that 80 percent of women would rather receive a surprise getaway than a piece of jewelry.

Now through February 20, 2016, fans are encouraged to share photos of their morning rituals for a chance to win the “Rise Up with Andra Day” contest.

Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide’s (NYSE: HLT) award-winning all-suite, extended-stay hotel brands, distributed 1,000 “suite travel” kits and tickets to the Thanksgiving Day Parade to travelers departing from or arriving to LaGuardia Airport on the day before Thanksgiving. The stress-relieving surprises are a result of a survey announced by the extended-stay hotel brands last month which revealed what turns travelers into a “Scrooge” during holiday travel and their stress-relieving response to make the season merry.

This year, thousands of African-Americans will attend family reunions – and two Hilton Worldwide all-suite hotel brands are offering specialized tools and services to eagerly welcome them. These joyous events attract anywhere from 100 to 400 family members looking to reconnect and have a great time. According to a recent article published by Black Meetings & Tourism, several studies suggest an estimated 90 percent of all family reunions are held by African-Americans.

Hilton Worldwide Introduces New In Language Websites for Latin American Travelers

Today, Hilton Worldwide unveiled new websites designed to enrich the online travel planning and booking experience for travelers across Latin America. Available in Portuguese and Spanish, the localized in language websites enable travelers to research top travel destinations, compare prices and book directly in local language - using the digital platform of their choice, including mobile devices. With the addition of these sites, Hilton now operates 22 official local language websites, more than any other hotel company today.
